The Agency focuses its attention on specific problems affecting the community, mobilizes resources, and creates solutions to unlock opportunities for low-income individuals and disenfranchised families.

Upcoming Events
05.03.2025 - Building Healthy Families 11th Annual Community Baby Shower: This free event offers everything you want to know from pregnancy, birth, breast feeding & beyond. Festivities will again be held at The Southside Mall in Oneonta from 10AM-2PM. View our eventy page for details and vendor registration.
05.30.2025 - Closed: Agency offices and outreach sites will be closed for an all-staff event. The Emergency Housing and VIP 24-hour shelters and hotlines will still be accessible to those in need.
05.31.2025 - Head Start Spring Carnival: This free community event is being held from 10AM-1PM at the Oneonta Boys & Girls Club in Oneonta and is generously sponsored by Casella Waste Systems. Visit our Facebook Event for up-to-date details.
