Big Buddy Program

The Big Buddy Program is a preventative mentoring program for at-risk youth ages 6-14 in Delaware and Otsego counties. This program offers the opportunity for a child to have a one-on-one relationship with a Big Buddy volunteer and participate in monthly group activities with other youth and big buddies. For more information, download the flyer or contact Delaware Opportunities at 607.746.1600.

HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program): Home heating and cooling bill payment assistance for low-income renters and homeowners. The traditional heat benefit may pay for home fuel delivery.  Cooling assistance helps buy and install an air conditioner or a fan for your home.
