The Big Buddy Program is a preventative mentoring program for at-risk youth ages 6-14 in Delaware and Otsego counties. This program offers the opportunity for a child to have a one-on-one relationship with a Big Buddy volunteer and participate in monthly group activities with other youth and big buddies. HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program): Home heating and cooling bill payment assistance for low-income renters and homeowners. The traditional heat benefit may pay for home fuel delivery. Cooling assistance helps buy and install an air conditioner or a fan for your home. Clean and Tune benefit for equipment cleaning and repair.

Pandemic Electronic Benefits Transfer (P-EBT) is a temporary nutrition response activated as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The last month this supplemental EA benefits will be issued is February 2023 SNAP benefits return to pre-pandemic amounts in March 2023.
