03.07.2022- 03.11.2022 - Training on Building Science and Home Energy Efficiency Improvements:  Learn the basics of building science and energy efficiency improvements needed for entry into the workplace.  Successful attendees will receive OSHA construction safety and NYS Weatherization Directors Association certifications, work boots, jacket, a starter tool kit, and an opportunity to talk with local employers. FREE COVID-19 TESTS: All U.S. residences can order 4 free at-⁠home COVID-⁠19 tests. Tests are completely free and will usually ship in 7-12 days.


UTILITY ASSISTANCE: Late payment and shut-off suspensions are expiring. If you have a past due utility bill, contact your provider ASAP and consider these assistance programs: NYSEG Energy Assistance ProgramHEAP (Regular Benefit), HEAP Arrears Supplement BenefitLow Income Household Water Assistance Program.  


NOW ENROLLING! Head Start is now enrolling for 2021-2022 program year. To enroll children must be three years old by December 1, 2021. Head Start also provides support to prenatal mothers and children up to three years old through Early Head Start. Apply online, or for more information call 607.433.8055 or visit our Eligibility page.
