Opportunities for Otsego is a Community Action Agency founded in 1966 in Otsego County, New York.
As Otsego County's primary provider of services to low-income and disenfranchised individuals, we focus on specific problems affecting the community, and create solutions to unlock opportunities and build healthy families.
At Opportunities for Otsego, our goal is to alleviate poverty and foster self-sufficiency through comprehensive and holistic client-centered services.
