Early Head Start is looking to enroll pregnant women and children, age birth to 3 years old, for its home-based program. The program promotes healthy prenatal outcomes, enhances child development, and promotes healthy family functioning through weekly home visits, developmental screenings, monthly parent groups, and referrals to supportive services. Families may continue with Early Head Start until their child enters Head Start.
